大同云冈国际机场位于大同市东17公里处，是山西首座支线国际机场。目前机场运营国内航线13条、通航城市21个、覆盖全国15个省会城市、2个直辖市以及4个旅游热门城市和经济中心城市。2024年大同云冈国际机场正式开通大同至曼谷国际航线。
Being located 17 kilometers east of Datong, Datong Yungang International Airport is the first international feeder airport in Shanxi Province. Up to now, thirteen national routes have been opened providing connections to twenty-one cities from Datong Yungang International Airport, covering 15 provincial capitals, 2 municipalities directly under the Central Government and 4 tourist and economic hub cities. In 2024, Datong Yungang International Airport has launched a new international route connecting Datong to Bangkok, Thailand.
