Local Delicacies in Datong

大同是美食之都。历史文化和地理环境小气候造
就了大同餐饮业兼收并蓄、不断丰富的特色。广灵小
米、大同黄芪和大同黄花名扬海外，大同刀削面、浑
源凉粉、老大同什锦火锅、百花烧麦、油糕、羊杂、
兔头等代表着地方风味；中餐、西餐、特色菜、烧烤
等市场种类丰富。2023 年 6 月，世界中餐业联合会为
大同颁发 “ 国际美食之都 ” 荣誉称号。
Datong is a food paradise. The multi-cultural and unique
geological environment ensure that Datong cuisine
incorporates various aspects of diverse cuisines. Datong’s
local delicacies are numerous , such as Datong sliced
noodles, potato jelly in chili sauce, Datong assorted copper
hotpot, Shaomai, deep-fried millet cake, lamb haggis
vermicelli, multi-spiced rabbit head, etc. Datong’s restaurant
market is rich in variety, including Chinese food, western
food, hot pot, speciality food, barbecue, etc. In June 2003,
Datong received the award of 'International Gourmet City'
from the World Federation of Chinese Catering Industry.
