大同市博物馆·Datong City Museum
大同市博物馆创立于 1959 年，是一座地志性综合博物馆。2014 年大同市博
物馆新馆正式对外开放。新馆占地面积 5 万多平方米，现有馆藏文物 17 万余件
（套），藏品以彰显北方少数民族文化、边陲重镇军旅文化、宗教文化特征而著称，
其中北魏、辽、金三代的精品文物，在国内享有盛誉。大同市博物馆开辟有 “ 代
地沧桑 ”“ 魏都平城 ”“ 辽金西京 ”“ 明清重镇 ” 四个常设展厅，以及 “ 大同恐龙 ”
和 “ 梵语清音 ” 两个专题展厅。在大同建设 “ 博物馆之城 ” 的行动中，大同市博
物馆不断探索 “ 总馆 + 分馆 ” 的新模式。除大同市博物馆总馆外，目前有九座分
馆，分别是梁思成纪念馆、平城记忆馆、明堂遗址博物馆、魁星文化博物馆、北
朝博物馆、辽金元民族融合博物馆、大同红色记忆馆、古代铜造艺术博物馆、魏
碑书法家张霭堂故居纪念馆，涵盖历史、艺术、人文、民俗、革命、遗址等不同
主题。“ 博物馆之城 ” 已成为大同又一张亮丽的名片。
Datong City Museum was established in 1959. It is a comprehensive local history
museum. Datong City Museum was relocated in Yudong newly developed area and
opened to the public in 2014. Covering a total area of 50,000 square meters, there
are more than 170,000 pieces in the collection preserved in Datong City Museum
which displays the culture of northern nomadic tribes in ancient China, Datong’s
military history as a strategically important city and Buddhist culture in Datong.
With their high historic value, the collections from the Northen Wei Dynasty,
Liao and Jin Dynasties enjoy a high reputation in China. There are four historic
exhibitions halls displaying Datong as Daijun County in Spring and Autumn, the
Warring States Period, the Capital of the Northern Wei Dynasty, Western Capital
of the Liao and Jin Dynasties, the Military City in the Ming and Qing Dynasties.
The museum also hosts themed exhibition halls, namely, Buddhist sculpture and
dinosaurs. Datong City Museum implements the "main branch museum system",
in addition to the main museum, there are nine branches, namely Liang Sicheng
Memorial Hall, Pingcheng Memory Museum, Mingtang Ruins Museum, Kuixing
Culture Museum, Northern Dynasty Museum, Liao Jin Yuan national Fusion
Museum, Datong Red Memory Museum, ancient copper art Museum, Wei Stele
calligrapher Zhang Yitang's former residence Memorial Museum. ‘Museum City’
has become another calling card of Datong.
